Refund Policy

Change of mind:

Though we are sure you will enjoy our products, we do understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

If within 14 days you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price, less the return shipping and handling cost.

Please contact us at info@harpersproject.com for more information on the return costs and to arrange return shipping. Please also note that a re-stocking fee may apply.

Items must be returned in original packaging and product condition. 

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced and pre order items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Defects Refund

Marble is a natural stone that has natural imperfections which makes the piece beautiful, natural and original. Some natural imperfections consist of gradient and mineral lines which may appear as lines through the stone which can appear to look like a crack, however doesn't feel like a crack and quartz which is very small clear part of the stone.

If a defect or fault is found within 14 days we will provide a full refund and pay to have the item return shipped to us.

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card or refund method.

 Shipping

Due to high demand, current lead times on products vary but are outlined in each product page. Keep in mind our products are made with love and care by hand and are worth the wait. 

Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and shipped directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles. If you believe you are in a location that is regional/remote let us know and we will be in contact to arrange a way of getting the product to you at the best rate possible. 

Our orders are shipped via national furniture specialists. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID.  If there are any changes to your order we will be in contact directly with you. It is important to notify Harpers Project 72 hours of any delivery changes. If delivery is made and you are not able to receive the item during your agreed time-slot there will be additional shipping charges for the re-handling of your order.
